Thanks!  I too follow the model you described, using tools like Goggle docs, and asking for trusted editing.  And you are 100% correct -- it&#039;s very important to be open to advice.  I found myself getting hammered at Forrester by my editors - and I thought I was a pretty good writer.  But the result of the scrutiny was always a better document.  I feel that when someone helps edit your document it&#039;s a sign of great respect.  They invest time that they feel is worthwhile.

BTW, in your honor I blogged one the tips we discussed the other day, so that others can benefit from it too.</description>
