I'm the same as you, never smoked and never will, but definitely have been a little 'jealous' at times of the connections that have been formed during smoke breaks. So much once that during a particularly dramatic & 'exciting' time at a company I used to work at, I started going out with the smokers on their breaks just so that I could keep up on the gossip. I just stood upwind :) The comparison makes perfect sense, these are the networks we need to strengthen using Ent 2.0 social networks! I really enjoyed this post!
