Looks good at first sight - notification feature (smart phones widely used here) is very cool for a very flat organization like ours where each developer have a lot of authority (most have masters degrees) to make decisions and the manager with this tool still has a neat way of "policing" progress. I am currently with the R&D team in Copenhagen, Denmark - different languages and a very different company cultures from the typical USA company. We will take it for a spin but looks good - hope audit trail will turn out to be OK and easy to navigate (important).
