I think you are on to something. 2.0 necessitates certain organizational qualities, like employees having mutual respect for each other. Hundreds of other variables exist. We cannot control for everything, except by how we present ourselves to the situation. To come into an engagement fully embodying what it means to be 2.0 would be a great gift for a company. It is not the tool, but the attitude.</description>
